WHY WE DO IT THIS WAY

Mandurah's conditions are harder on a lawn than most people realise — salt-laden sea air, sandy free-draining soil and long dry summers, often all at once on a canal-front block. Natural lawns spend a lot of the year struggling against one or the other.

We focus on the parts of the job that don't show up in a quick photo — proper groundwork and clean joins. It takes longer than a rushed install, but it's what makes a lawn last as long as possible instead of needing to be redone.
